Had issues with my unit freezing up occasionally and generally not cooling very well. Called Launchpad and they found the cause right away. As you can see in the pics, my coil was dirty to say the least! They got to work right away. Explained what needed to be done and went to work. Luckily, everything else was in good shape. I signed up to their club plan so I won’t have to have a dirty coil again! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
